We are seeking an experienced product professional that will serve as a product management lead for our technology related products and customer experiences. This role will collaborate cross-functionally in a complex, multi-layered organization.
As a product leader you will play a critical role in discovering and delivering new capabilities - as well as improving existing customer experiences through enhancements and new product development.If you are passionate about building great products that balance customer needs with business objectives, have a strong track record of leading and developing products and teams, can easily adapt to a fluid context while leveraging multiple data points to drive decision-making, this is the role for you.
It is important that you understand how product enhancements change customer behavior and the trends that are emerging in the market. You will be accountable for socializing the product vision at all levels of the organization, assessing opportunities, and collaborating with development teams. You will partner closely with stakeholders to ensure solutions are fully leveraged by the business.

Bachelor's degree in Business and/or Computer Science,5+ years of related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
5-8+ years' experience in one or more of the following areas: product management; agile project/program management; agile software development, or another product ownership role.
Retail / e-commerce experience strongly preferred.
Customer-Centric: You are passionate about baking customer service into how you think and operate.
Intellectually curious with strong analytical skills, including demonstrated ability in performing complex data analysis and drawing actionable insights and building strategies against the analysis.
Ability to execute independent research projects, and generate practical results and recommendations.
Strong presentation skills with an exceptional ability to communicate new ideas and findings.
A good balance of analytical and creative thinking.
Thrives under pressure, balancing multiple workstreams and priorities.
Team player who is a self-starter and is able to thrive in fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
