As an Advisor Development Program Relationship Manager (ADP RM), your journey begins working in a financial center where you will learn Bank of America's core banking and approach to client care. During this stage, you will be taught the foundational skills needed to be a future advisor from acquiring, building and managing client relationships to humanizing financial interactions - we'll equip you with everything you need as you move through the stages of development.

Once you have honed your skills and demonstrated success as an ADP RM, you typically will progress into the next stage of training, the Financial Solutions Advisor I role. During this stage, you'll obtain the required licenses, continue building the relationships that can shape your career, and be exposed to the products, platforms, and tools you need to serve clients all preparing you for a future as a Financial Solutions Advisor. Here you will be able to consider a client's entire, complex financial picture and then guide them with advice and solutions to help them answer the question "what would you like the power to do?"

VIEW JOBS 5/21/2019 12:00:00 AM 2019-08-19T00:00 We seek a Program Manager for the Framingham Heart Study Neurology Program, an exciting, productive, internationally respected study team embedded with the world's oldest continuously funded population cohort, the Framingham Study. This core is funded through over 10 large NIH grants and has key researchers located at sites in Boston University, Massachusetts General Hospital, University of California at Davis and University of Texas Health Sciences Center with an aggregate investigator and staff team of over 50 persons. The Program Manager is expected to oversee and coordinate the work of 3 staff management teams: The Dementia Surveillance and Brain Imaging team, the Stroke team and the Administrative and External Collaborations team. They will be required to liaise with the physicians, neuropsychologists and scientists who are study investigators and will report to the Principal Investigators, the Lead Scientists (LS), Sudha Seshadri, MD and the Lead Senior Biostatistician (LSB), Alexa Beiser, PhD. They will ensure that project priorities and timelines are maintained, and will serve as the liaison of the Neurology team to the overall financial management and regulatory affairs team to track resource and finance allocations and ensure compliance with institutional and ethical guidelines. They will collaborate with LS, LSB and human resources team to recruit, train and retain quality personnel, assist the LS and LSB in drafting, updating and appropriately disseminating 'standard operating procedure' protocols, in implementing and maintaining quality management systems and in meeting reporting requirements to the Framingham Heart Study oversight authorities such as the Executive Committee as well as to grant funding agencies. They will ensure that obligations to the executive committee are met, with particular emphasis on tracking and documentation of availability of resources (e.g., specimens), approvals for use and correspondence regarding funding applications and status of publications per written policies and agreements; also tracking and documenting regulatory compliance. They will participate in the development of a strategic plan for the neurology core that would include investment in technology and process enhancement to maximize quality and efficiency. They will serve as liaison with other Framingham Study research teams in consultation with the LS and LSB. Their tasks include smooth integration and coordination of activities across the two sites of the Framingham Study Center (Framingham, MA where they are expected to spend at least 24 hours/week on site and Boston University Medical Campus where they are expected to spend at least 8 hours/week) and the 3 other sites listed above and to collaborate with a large team of international investigators. They will also need to interact with participants and the press always cognizant of the fact that they are a representative of one of a legendary epidemiological study, that the quality of their work may determine the quality of science decades from now. This position requires drive, team-spirit, generosity, superb inter-personal and management skills, a passion to make a difference as part of a cutting-edge research team, judgement and excellent spoken and written communication skills.
