As a member of the advertising sales planning and operations team, the Sales Planner will support sales activities and client/account management through:

  • Creating and modifying sales proposals for Linear, Addressable, and Digital

  • Generating planning costs for assigned advertising agencies

  • Liaison between sales, traffic and external advertising agencies

  • Managing Stewardship of deals ensuring timely delivery of pre/post buy reports

  • Working with Inventory team to effectively utilize inventory across networks

  • Working with sales coordinators on client scheduling, billing and related areas

  • Partnering with the traffic team to ensure copy instructions and materials are received

  • Adhering to deadlines, policies and procedures

Qualifications

Education: A degree in marketing, research, business or related field is preferred.

Requires two years experience in advertising media sales, buying, or planning with a strong knowledge of ad sales applications (Dealmaker and Wide Orbit a plus), Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Media Math and advertising research.

Candidates must be detail and deadline-oriented, team-players, and thrive in a dynamic environment.The ideal candidate will also possess excellent communication and presentation skills.

VIEW JOBS 6/15/2019 12:00:00 AM 2019-09-13T00:00 Job Description Description SAIC, the sole provider of the Remote Sensing Systems Engineering & Integration (SE&I) team in El Segundo, CA has an immediate need for a Systems Scheduler with system planning expertise. This individual will work with the Remote Sensing (RS) SE&I Leads to coordinate and integrate all efforts into the Government's Integrated Schedules (Enterprise Master Schedule, Tier 0-1, One Voice Schedules, Roadmaps) for Space Based Infrared System (SBIRS), Overhead Persistent Infrared (OPIR) Next Generation, Space-Based Environmental Monitoring (SBEM), and Program of Record Ground / Future Ground and future acquisition efforts for the RS Enterprise. This individual will be a Planner with experience in Department of Defense (DoD) Space-Based systems. Candidate will provide SE&I planning support to the OPIR and SBEM Enterprise programs in support of the Space and Missile Systems Center Remote Sensing Directorate (SMC/RS). Major duties of the position include: * Executing and evolving the RS Enterprise schedule management processes for the enterprise * Interacting with prime contractors and SE&I Integrators to ensure that all system requirements are coordinated, scheduled and planned across the SMC/RS Enterprise * Providing scheduling and planning support for all SMC/RS space, ground, operations, logistics, and sustainment elements to identify and support the management of risks, issues, interdependencies, identifying schedule disconnects and conflicts, and developing action plans for resolution * Integrating activities over the lifecycle of systems within the Enterprise, including pre-contractual, development, and production, as well as operations and sustainment * Developing acquisition-related briefings, plans, papers, and other documentation is support of SMC/RS decision-making Qualifications * Bachelor's Degree in Business, Science, Engineering, or Math * Current Secret Clearance * 3+ years of relevant experience with space and ground segments of DoD, and other Government space programs * Knowledge of project integration, schedule analysis, critical path analysis, and stakeholder processes * Experience with risk management, issue resolution, configuration management, change boards, and the change management process * Scheduling and planning experience with space, ground, operations, and sustainment segments of a DoD program * Experience with space systems, EM systems, OPIR systems, ground and space system acquisition, and systems engineering experience * Experience developing and maintaining MS Project schedules * Experience using Milestone Pro and / or One Pager Pro Desired Qualifications * Master's Degree in Science, Engineering, or Math * Current Top Secret Clearance * Knowledge of systems engineering, requirements and interface management, the system development lifecycle, project integration, schedule analysis, critical path analysis, and stakeholder processes * Scheduling and planning experience with developing space, ground, operations, and sustainment segments of a DoD program * Scheduling and planning experience running Schedule Risk Assessments Overview SAIC is a premier technology integrator, solving our nation's most complex modernization and systems engineering challenges across the defense, space, federal civilian, and intelligence markets.
