The Advertising Operations Specialist role is primarily responsible for building out and testing new advertiser offers while at the same time analyzing performance data and optimizing campaigns.
This position will report to the Director of Sales and Account Management. Primary duties include:
1.Building out advertising campaigns from client-provided assets
2.Monitor campaign performance and identifying opportunities for optimization
3.Analyze data for insight on audience monetization, create hypotheses on the behavior of the audience(s); apply quick tests to prove or disprove assumptions
4.Development and execution of new reports (trends, opportunities, etc.) to boost the business intelligence of the team
5.Proactive idea sharing and out-of-the-box thinking to help scale positive ROI bets
The successful candidate will be an inspiring and confident leader with at least:
Minimum 3 years of experience in an Analyst or Digital Media Buyer role
Proficiency with Excel
Proficiency with SQL
Proficiency with HTML/CSS
Familiarity with analyzing and optimizing open rates, click rates, conversion rates, failure rates and other common web KPI's
Understanding of performance marketing industry terminology such as CPC, CPM, CPA, CPL, etc.
