The Ad Ops Specialist will be accountable for managing operations across both direct and programmatic sales. The role will require an agile individual who can smoothly glide through the different facets of Ad Ops. The candidate must possess excellent communication skills, strategic thinking skills and have the ability to ideate and work with cross teams. Proficient in Google Ad Manager 360 (formerly DFP): ease of use across trafficking, tagging, reporting and inventory management. Experience with FatTail a plus.
Solutions-oriented mindset: interest in troubleshooting to find solutions. Always thinking about how to improve processes intra-team and cross-functionally.
Quality Assurance: strong attention to detail, follow through on standardized specs and processes to build and maintain ad products, programmatic workflows and brand safety procedures.
Must have Capabilities:
Implement and maintain ad delivery for online advertising campaigns using Google Ad Manager 360 across direct and programmatic channels (desktop, mobile web, app, video) and using LiveIntent for email.
Be an invaluable partner to Account Strategy and Programmatic teams for campaign management and day-to-day operations.
Collaborate with Ad Ops team on quality assurance for custom ad products, site redesigns/updates, ad-hoc projects, etc.
Ideate and work with Design team on ad product development, testing and implementation using Celtra
Craft and maintain workflow and process documentation; communicate changes to teams.
Provide timely troubleshooting diagnostics, evaluate and solve for reporting discrepancies.
Management of client campaign Fraud + Viewability KPI's and provide optimizations utilizing 4th party reporting
Participate in operational programmatic initiatives such as Programmatic Guaranteed, Prebid and Header Bidding (includes on-boarding new partners, updates to existing integrations, testing strategy, etc.).
Own day-to-day programmatic quality assurance process, coordinate partner escalation outreach and general management of Ads.txt process
3+ years of Digital Ad Operations trafficking management for direct and programmatic campaigns.
BA/BS degree in Economics, Finance, Marketing, Business or related major.
Experience with Google Ad Manager 360, Celtra, FatTail, Integral Ad Science, Moat, and agency reporting tools.
Project management and communication tools; JIRA, Basecamp, Slack, etc

Highly organized, eye for detail and analytical thinker.
Web/tech savvy, must be able to quickly learn and master new programs and interfaces.
Eloquent communicator and ability to breakdown complex concepts across internal and external teams.
