Summary of the role. The Advertising Manager, focusing on Creative, is responsible for partnering with internal Pokmon product teams to develop global advertising programs that support priority business objectives. The Advertising Manager will assess the product needs, provide direction to external agencies, develop and gain approval for the appropriate advertising support, execute the program, and then assess the results in order to evolve future programs for the company.
What You Will Do
Conceptualize and develop fun, compelling, and effective global advertising creative to be used on TV, in cinema, print, out-of-home (OOH), and across various digital outlets, including social media.
Manage relationships with our agencies to ensure Pokmon's creative vision is delivered in support of our specific product and general marketing needs.
Oversee the development and approval of the idea with internal stakeholders and game creators.
Manage the creative development process from product brief through analysis of program success.
Build and maintain strong working relationships with agency partners and cross-functional teams, including PR, Planning, Online Marketing (earned and owned channels), Retail Marketing, Product, Legal and Finance and our international counterparts.
Analyze the success of the creative against key performance indicators determined by the organization.
What You Will Bring
6+ years advertising production experience at a major entertainment brand or media/advertising agency. U.S. territory experience is required.
Creative development experience for consumer products including mobile gaming apps, video games, and card games.
Demonstrated ability to manage complex integrated campaigns, driving the projects from product brief to completed creative.
BA or BS or equivalent working experience.

What to Expect
We offer a professional, fun and creative work environment. While we maintain a good balance between work and life, additional hours may be required at peak times or for specific initiatives. Must be able to travel domestically and internationally 5% of the year.
