Function (Scope and Main Purpose of Job)

The Advertising Coordinator will manage email projects from discovery and design phases to development and implementation. They will have a strong knowledge and understanding of the digital world, internet technologies (HTML, CSS), and online marketing principles with every user in mind. They will have a strong knowledge and understanding of creating, testing and troubleshooting email templates, regularly reviewing email related reporting to monitor deliverability, certification and mailing success. The Advertising Coordinator is also responsible for the success and continued promotion of Live!

Specific Responsibilities and Duties

  • Analyze, refine and push our existing designs to increase KPIs in alignment with the digital strategy at Live! Casino.

  • Responsible for guiding designers on testing across multiple platforms and designs, best practices on templates and staying current with email trends.

  • Perform UX/UI assessments for conversion optimization and have a working knowledge of front-end development and production.

  • Understand all technologies and systems used in the role and their dependencies on one another.

  • Provide marketing strategy insights and recommendations to enhance the acquisition and retention of customers

  • Collaborate with the database-marketing department to understand trends in membership and behaviors, including identifying effectiveness of program to various market segments.

  • Audit content strategy and provide recommendations for improvement.

  • Utilize excellent time management and organizational skills.


Job Requirements (skills, knowledge, and abilities)

  • Ability to obtain and maintain the appropriate gaming license as determine by the State Gaming Agency for the position.

  • Strong knowledge of HTML/CSS, content, email, search, social, and mobile.

  • Utilize creativity with photo editing and written and verbal communication, have a knack for writing copy.

  • Document and communicate project status to teams on a regular basis to ensure all teams are aware of next steps and project milestones.

  • Update Live! Social Casino website with new game content, promotions and property call outs.

  • Run reports for management to look over that touch on email, app and social casino APIs.

Educational Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED preferred.
  • A four (4)- year degree in Marketing or related field or equivalent work experience with digital marketing.

Physical Requirements

  • 24/7 operation requiring extended hours and the ability and willingness meet the applicant's schedules when needed.

  • Casino is over 100,000 square feet and requires ability and energy to move about it with a true sense of urgency.

  • Sitting 70%

  • Walking 25%

  • Standing 5%

  • Keyboarding 50%

  • Use of going up and down 31 stairs multiple times per day and elevators

Working Conditions

  • 24/7 high energy casino with over 300,000 sq. ft of gaming and entertainment space and approximately 2000 employees

  • Exposed to alcohol, cigarette and cigar smoke, bright lights, and loud noises.

Our process is as important as our product – we lead highly participatory design efforts where people express how a new park can best serve the priorities and character of the people it serves. This cultivates ownership and leadership that elevates the impact of each new community park, supporting social cohesion and expanding community capacity.<br /> <br /> The Program Director is responsible for leading and expanding a robust urban park redevelopment effort. This is a position that requires both technical expertise as well as strong passion for advancing equity in Philadelphia neighborhoods. The Philadelphia Program is focused primarily on transforming schoolyards into high-quality, greened community spaces, and on existing parks and recreation assets that are in need of capital improvements.<br /> <br /> The Program Director will manage relationships with key points of contact from public agencies, including the School District of Philadelphia, Philadelphia Parks and Recreation, and the Philadelphia Water Department. The Program Director will ensure that a portfolio of projects advances effectively, on budget, and in keeping with internal and public agency protocols. The Program Director will lead projects themselves, supervise staff leading projects, and identify opportunities for improving impact, scale, quality, and cost-effectiveness.<br />  <br />  <br /> <strong><u>Responsibilities</u></strong><br /> <br /> <u>Program Management:</u> (50%) Oversee program managers and other staff in all aspects of the green playground development process, including oversight of design consultants and construction contractors.  Coordinate with colleagues in internal departments including legal, finance, and philanthropy to ensure maximum impact and minimize program challenges. Manage and improve internal systems for tracking project timelines, deliverables, approvals, and other milestones. Ensure public involvement opportunities are accessible, fair, and coordinated with relevant organizations, including Council offices. </div> <div><u>Partnership Management:</u> (25%) Manage coordination with public agency representatives, including Philadelphia Parks and Recreation, Philadelphia School District, Philadelphia Water Department, and others involved in providing funding or partnering in project implementation.  Oversee the growth of new program partnerships with agencies, local non-profits and community groups in support of playground development and park stewardship. </div> <div><u>Funding:</u>  (10%) Oversee all aspects of the program’s public funding efforts including identification of public funding sources, application process, execution of funding agreements, and reimbursement process.  Work closely with the State Director and regional philanthropy staff in their efforts to raise private funds for program support. </div> <div><u>Budgeting</u>: (5%) Manage multi-year program budget to meet funding goals and annual expenditure forecasts. </div> <div><u>Other</u>: (10%) Contribute to emerging and changing priorities, showing flexibility and a commitment to teamwork. </div> <div><br /> <strong><u>Qualifications</u></strong></div> <ul> <li style="padding: 0; margin: 0;" style="padding: 0; margin: 0;">Bachelor’s degree and eight to ten years of work experience in the field of landscape architecture, architecture, construction management, community development or managing public capital projects is required.
