The Compliance Coordinator is responsible for reviewing and gathering automotive OEM compliance and advertising co-op documents. This is an entry level position that requires you to work with the graphics, paid, and earned media teams. Youll assist with areas of compliance including but not limited to, responding to complaints, advertising review and coordinating responses to OEMs and website platforms.
The Compliance Coordinator will receive on-site training in automotive OEM compliance guidelines and will have access to supporting documentation.
Coordinate with Client Account Managers (CAM) and Account Specialist to receive incentives or marketing message and and review/proofread for any glaring errors or non-compliant issues
Submit creative/docs for OEM compliance and co-op review
Receive feedback from and communicate changes with graphic designer and if approved, send final versions in all appropriate sizes to CAM/specialist
Communicate with OEMs (through phone or email) to determine issues with banners, co-op submissions and general questions
Gather appropriate documents for co-op submissions and send final package to CAM
Keep abreast with trends and changes in OEM compliance and co-op rules
Familiarity with the digital marketing industry. Familiarity with automotive OEM compliance and advertising coop guidelines is preferred but not required.
