Advanced Software Engineering Manager

Hands on engineering/technical Manager role. E-Commerce Order Management services with a team size of 10 - 15. Order management is a large domain with 50+ engineers and several Microservices.

This role will be responsible for a set of services and capabilities including monitoring and analytics tool for the order management domain.

Manager will be coaching engineers and developing a strong engineering team while modernizing and enhancing the existing capabilities and improving quality and customer experience in collaboration and partnership with product managers and solution architects

Direct & manage the software design, development, implementation & support of software engineering teams & lead engineering projects. Engage in technical design discussions & drive technical architecture.
