Advanced Software Engineer - Search Tech Lead

Senior experienced Search Tech ead to be responsible for the full breadth of the search technologies inside and outside of Kroger. Retains critical IP around search and understands full picture of the search landscape, which is a key component to online capabilities.

This role acts as a technical leader and coordinator for online search including web, native apps, and other internal consumers. Will be responsible for interactions with search consumers, Empathy teams supporting/enhancing search, 84.51 tuning search, and monetization.

Accountable for proactively leading or supporting software engineering activities that create deliverables that guide the direction, development, and delivery of software solutions that meet business needs. Provide leadership, facilitation, analysis, and design tasks required to deliver critical business solutions.
