As an Advanced Procedure Specialist in the Boston area you will be responsible for working within the framework of a team and performing the following activities:
Work from a focused quarterly sales plan specific to revenue growth expectations and exceed quota
Call on high volume surgical centers to promote our Gel technologies. Surgical approaches include Hand-Assisted Laparoscopy, Single Incision Surgery and Transanal Minimally Invasive Surgery (TAMIS)
Drive the interest and the adoption of our Gel technologies through targeting leaders within the medical community
Work closely with Surgical Residency and Fellowship programs in conjunction with community hospitals to provide an invaluable advanced laparoscopic training environment
Operate as an ambassador of the Applied Medical brand in competitive environments
Coordinate a cohesive plan through interaction with corporate accounts and Field implementation divisions.
This position requires the following skills and attributes:
A B2B background and/or medical device sales experience
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work and manage cross functional teams and activities
Must be able to travel routinely (up to 25% of the time) and manage expenses incurred while traveling
Proven goal oriented, self-starter with a strong entrepreneurial drive
Demonstrated performance record with clear documentation of success
Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills
Ability to travel to Southern California for a 3-week training class
4 year degree
