The Rucker Nephrology and Internal Medicine Practice of Lake Success is currently looking for an Advanced Practice Provider (NP or PA) to be a part of a multidisciplinary team providing advanced, high quality healthcare in an outpatient setting.

Responsibilities will include:

  • The Advanced Practice Provider will provide diagnosis, care and treatment of patients in a practice setting

  • Order testing and interpret test results

  • Some travel to surrounding facilities may be required

Requirements:

  • Primary Care, Nephrology, Internal or Family medicine experience preferred but will consider new grads

  • Bachelor of Science, Masters preferred in an AMA approved PA or NP program

  • NYS Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner License or Limited Permit

  • PA or NP Board Certification

  • BLS and ACLS certification
