As a Clinical Therapist, you'll play a pivotal role in improving the quality of life for those we serve.
Some Key Responsibilities:
Lead with confidence and expertise in your program while promoting a supportive work culture aligned with NorthCare values.
Provide integrated services that address behavioral healthcare, physical healthcare, and social needs with a recovery-focused, strengths-based approach.
Expand your clinical toolkit through evidence-based practices, mentorship opportunities, and ongoing education to serve a diverse range of clinical presentations.
Deliver welcoming, engaging, and accessible services that prioritize client-centered care, trauma-informed approaches, and cultural competency.
Demonstrate proficiency in evidence-based practices, offering individual, family, and group therapy while providing crisis intervention and management when needed.
Work alongside a multi-disciplinary team to support health behavior change and collaborate with community partners to achieve treatment goals.

Qualifications
Requirements:
Master's Degree in Psychology, Social Work, or related field with licensure in Oklahoma as LCSW, LPC, LMFT, LADC-MH, LBP.
Minimum one year of experience in community mental health preferred.
Ability to work in various community settings, demonstrating adaptability and critical thinking skills.
Access to reliable transportation; Provide Proof of and maintain valid drivers license and current automobile liability insurance including uninsured motorist coverage.
