Advanced Manufacturing Engineer Manager

Lead a team of engineers who are making Honeywell's manufacturing more efficient and consistent. You will leverage your manufacturing engineering experience and skills to lead the investigation and solution of challenging supply chain problems. You will use your leadership abilities to contribute to the evaluation of the process to meet product specifications. Through collaboration with customers and cross-functional teams, you will prioritize team workload and drive exceptional team outcomes. As a manager, you will coach your team members in technical and behavioral competencies in order to deliver high-impact business results.

YOU MUST HAVE
5+ years measurable experience in a fast-paced electronics or mechanical manufacturing facility
Expertise in advanced Manufacturing technologies (Additive, Robotics, Automation, IIoT)
Computer literacy in SAP, TeamCenter and Microsoft Office
Six Sigma Green Belt, Black Belt or Lean Certification
Strong oral and written communication skill with all levels of the business
Ability to focus on important information and identify key details
Self-motivated and able to work with little supervision
High-energy; consistently takes initiative to get things done
Master's Degree or advanced professional certification
