Work cross-functionally utilizing data from multiple sources to identify trends and make insights recommendations that will optimize Kroger's digital products. Lead measurement strategy with stakeholders to enable reporting results effectively, leading to quick and effective data-driven decisions. Engage stakeholders and rally them to action by presenting insights through storytelling across multiple product teams with actionable savings optimizations and opportunities called out. Build and create dashboards and perform complex, comprehensive analyses for stakeholders, combining multiple data sources in one consolidated view. Serve as a mentor to other analysts, coaching in techniques and approaches to help deepen and enhance skillsets.
