As an Advanced Data Analyst here at Honeywell, you will be responsible for managing the data analytics processes for various Sourcing and Legal initiatives. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify requirements, develop robust analytics frameworks, and provide dashboards to track sourcing and legal metrics. Your role will have a direct impact on bringing visibility to the teams for opportunity identification, improved decision making, problem solving, and driving results in sourcing and legal processes.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead all data analytics creation and maintenance for Sourcing & Legal in alignment with department strategies.
Define and develop data requirements, and design and deliver solutions using various tools (i.e. Snowflake, Salesforce, Power BI, Power Automate)
Collaborate with cross functional stakeholders on functional and technical solutions
Create and maintain robust analytics framework for sourcing and legal metrics to develop user-friendly data visualization products that drive performance and KPI management.
translate business requirements / problem statements into analytical solutions.

YOU MUST HAVE
Bachelor of Science in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain, Technology, Finance, Data Analytics, or related field
5 years of experience in Data Analytics roles
Good understanding of SQL (Snowflake database experience preferred but not required).
Strong knowledge in Excel and Power BI with history of experience learning new tools.
Ability to work with stakeholders and convert functional requirement in technical design with minimal supervision.
