Adult Therapist Family And Couples

Fraser is seeking a Clinical Trainee or a Mental Health Professional to support in the Adult Mental Health program, primarily supporting families and couples. $3,000 external hiring bonus! To qualify, you need to have a Master's Degree and be on a clinical licensure track or hold an active independent licensure (LMFT, LPCC, LICSW). You will provide clinical services to adults including evaluations, planning and implementing appropriate treatment services. This is a hybrid position, offering a $,3000 hiring bonus for external applicants

Caseloads include:

• Outpatient therapy with families, couples and parents.

Location:

• Coon Rapids, MN

Schedule & Pay:

• Monday- Friday during standard business hours

• Salary offer will depend on qualifications (DOQ). Clinical Trainee salary starts at $55,000 annually and Mental Health Professionals start at $71,000 annually.

• Position eligible to receive quarterly clinical incentive bonuses, in addition to pay for performance

• Receive 8 hours of supervision/month at no cost to you.

Training:

• Evidence practice training

• Innovative didactic training series (topics such as: Substance Use, Sexual Health, Crisis Planning)

• Multi-disciplinary team model (specialty topics offered: OCD, ADHD, Adoption, Relational, Perinatal MH)

• Supervisor training services including reflective supervision

• Mentoring

Education/ Licensure:

• Master's degree completed in clinical mental health counseling or related field

• On a licensure track or active license - LMFT, LICSW or LPCC

• Valid Minnesota Driver's License

Experience:

• Experience providing services to adults with mental illness required

• Experience with adults with Development Delays/Special Needs preferred

• Effective communication in the English language, including verbal and written communication

• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail required

• Computer proficiency using Word and Excel with proficiency in keyboarding
