Adult Nurse Practitioner

Duties to be performed including but not limitied to: Performs psychiatric and History and Physical evaluations and treatment provided in the program for all patients and see patients through follow-up appointments to track their progress.

Collaborates with Medical Director (at least weekly) to discuss patients, treatments team recommendations, and program integrity Complies with required hours in accordance with contract agreement. Initially, the successful candidate will be required two times per week for 3 hours. Flexible schedule offered.

Works collaboratively with the other department Directors, facility staff, physician, and allied staff. All our clients will be in the care of a licensed therapist. Completes necessary charting and record keeping in accordance with agency and funding source requirements Abides by all safety/risk, infection control, and other guidelines, as required.

Assists in ensuring State and Federal regulations, and JCAHO standards are met and maintained. Ideal candidate- Nurse Practitioner
