The Position: Our client is looking for a Bilingual Nurse Practitioner to work alongside the team in an outpatient setting, providing Primary Care. Our Client is offering the following compensation and benefits:

• $120,000 Base Pay
• Additional 10% Annual Bonus, Paid Out Quarterly
• Additional Productivity Bonus, Paid Out Quarterly

Requirements:

• Board Certification as FNP or other ARNP Certification
• Must Have and Maintain Current Florida License in Good Standing
• Must Be Comfortable Working with the Adult and Geriatric Population
• Prior Experience Working in Primary Care in an Outpatient Setting is Preferred
• Effective Written, Verbal, and Electronic Communication Skills
• Show Initiative, Creativity, and Problem-Solving Ability
• Ability to Collaborate With Colleagues to Provide Quality Healthcare
• Ability to Work Under Pressure
• Computer Literacy

Responsibilities:

• Monday- Friday, 8:00am- 5:00pm
• Average of 20 Patients a Day
• 100% Outpatient Setting
• Participate in the Multidisciplinary Care of Each Patient
• Shared Call Schedule: Rotating, 2nd (Backup) Call, By Phone Only
