We are seeking to fill a position for an experienced marketer to help bring in referrals, increase census and build network connections within our area. Must be motivated, outgoing and knowledgeable about Adult Day Care services. Having an existing relationship with social workers, physicians, nursing homes and hospital discharge planners is a BIG PLUS. Experience with social media preferred. Marketing Manager will recruit new clients and walk them through the intake process from a site tour to insurance verification and then maintaining the relationship with caregivers.

Requirements

Candidate should be experienced with community outreach and recruiting new clients, as well as maintaining a relationship with our current clients. Excellent interpersonal skills a must. Experience in healthcare required.

The Manager Asset Care & Reliability is accountable for developing & leading a standardized approach for reliability and maintenance operational excellence across the network. This role is responsible for partnering with division leads to establish a continuous improvement culture in Operational Asset Care leading to improvement in plant reliability. This is a critical role with oversight for the implementation of world-class maintenance excellence strategies to optimize equipment efficiency while improving costs. This role will oversee the network reliability maintenance systems for facilities and assets by creating & deploying standard procedures, metrics and Key Performance Indicators. The role encompasses the total lifecycle management of assets, including design, construction, commissioning, operations, maintenance and replacement, and will require close collaboration with partners in Engineering, Operations, and Maintenance. Strategic Direction: Co-develop (with OPEX Leader), drive and improve the strategy for the Campbells approach to Asset Care and Reliability supporting the divisional Asset Care and Reliability leads for ultimate success. Develop and monitor multi-year improvement plan, by site, based on formal assessments of current state, prioritized by divisional strategic priorities. Ensure deployment and adoption of the Asset Care Strategy to all sites in the network, paying attention to maturity and needs at each site. Operating Systems: * Support Asset Care and Reliability divisional leads, including site Maintenance leads where needed, to drive towards a standardized, institutionalized and continually improving program at each site in the network. * Oversee the network reliability maintenance systems for facilities and assets by creating & deploying standard procedures, metrics and Key Performance Indicators. * Network steward for Maintenance Standardization, documented technical tools, documented procedures, CMMS, etc. Support Asset Care and Reliability divisional leads with OEM relationships and other external networks to continually evolve the program effectiveness. Productivity Improvements: * Review critical asset performance to mitigate risk and improve facility performance standards, operating effectiveness and efficiency. * Support productivity improvement networks (i.e. procedures, standard work, SMED/changeover, downtime, autonomous maintenance, etc.) and lead / participate in and facilitate FMEA, A3 root cause analysis. * This role will partner with division leads to execute the methodologies and tools of RCM. Cost Management: * Process ownership of consolidated plant maintenance review, division collaboration meetings, and KPI performance opportunities. * Evaluate alternative scenarios reflecting maintenance improvements, operating conditions and application of technology advances, including IIoT and AI, and create a strategic plan for state of the art maintenance reliability. * Lead and oversee the development, deployment and adherence of standard practices for Work Order Management, MRO and Reliability resulting in OEE and cost improvements, and delivers sustainable performance. * Monitor Repair and Maintenance spending at sites and collaborate with Division leads to optimize the site maintenance budgets, maintenance plans, long term equipment replacement plans and spare part sourcing strategies. Asset Care Life Cycle: * Develop and align with Engineering divisional leads on asset care life cycle approach and requirements for all new asset investments, to ensure consistency from concept to operationalizing through the EPDP. * Responsible to evaluate and recommend plant capital expenditures and projects, frame up cost benefits, ensure Reliability design factors are incorporated, and review results upon completion. Leadership: * Ability to coach, work collaboratively and successfully influence stakeholders. * Ability to effect change throughout an organization by leading through others. * Demonstrated program management skills with ability to deliver results across multi-site manufacturing operations. * Strong leadership, communication, interpersonal skills, integrity and trust and the ability to motivate. * Strong analytical skills and business acumen. * Ability to successfully work in a cross functional environment. Experience: * 10+ years of cross-functional manufacturing experience with a strong understanding of continuous, high velocity operations and Asset Care and Reliability programs. * Experience with leading / executing the elements Asset Care & Reliability and organizational learning and development. * Working knowledge in concepts of Reliability, Predictive Maintenance, MRO management, OSHA equipment and facilities requirements, FMEA and risk analysis. * Strong analytical skills and hands on knowledge is a must. * Knowledge and previous experience in improving organizational capability through learning and development programs, and/or High Performance Work Systems. * Excellent leadership skills, compelling communication skills, and the ability to inspire, engage and motivate. * Self-starter and driven to develop maintenance systems optimization. Travel: Up to 70% travel. Travel on short notice may occur on an infrequent basis.
