We are seeking a Case Manager to join our team onsite at our CRR in Bethlehem, PA location.

The Residential Case Manager will:

• Provide clinical/administrative coordination of admissions

• Provide ongoing care and aftercare of all aspects of the adult CRR in a manner that considers the rights, safety, comfort and overall therapeutic environment of the resident, their family and support systems

• responsible for the adherence of licensure policies and procedures by the Office of Mental Health and Substance Abuse and Lehigh County Mental Health

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• Bachelors degree and two years experience working with individuals in the adult mental health system.

• Case Management experience preferred.

• Strong organizational and time management.

• Valid driver's license and clean driving record required.

• Must be able to 9am-5pm: Monday through Friday with a rotating on-call for consultation.
