Position Overview: Adult Basic Education (ABE) Teacher

• Part Time

• Long Term Substitute

• Virtual

Hours/Day: 2.4

Days/Year: Long Term Substitute/12 Weeks Mon-Thurs

Start Date: TBD/Possible Start 9/11/2024

Compensation/benefits: BEA Contract

Primary Responsibilities:

• Afternoons Online

• Teach Synchronously, online via Google Meet

• Teach Basic Literacy Skills including reading, writing, listening, and speaking to Level 1-3 ESL Students

Qualifications:

• ABE and ESL Teaching Experience
• 4 Year degree in ESL or related field

License / Education Requirements:

• Current MN Teaching License
