Chenega Enterprise Systems & Solutions, LLC. (ChESS) is seeking a Adobe AEM Administrator and Developer to provide contract support to the Defense Health Agency (DHA) Forms Management Office. The Adobe AEM Administrator and Developer will use best practices, integration patterns, and development methodologies to design and implement the best solution for Defense Health Agency (DHA) Forms Management Office, which leverages Adobe AEM and SharePoint. This key member contributes to the entire software development lifecycle including analysis, requirement specification, use case and data modeling, technical design, development, testing, and implementation.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Serves as Sr. technical architect collaborating with a Business Process Re-engineering team.

  • Leads the conceptual and technical design of the workflow and implementation of Adobe AEM forms and integration of disparate Military Treat Facility (MTF) forms using object-oriented design techniques and common integration patterns.

  • Responsible for configuring/designing forms, troubleshooting.

  • Develops and implements complex software applications from requirements; analyzes, evaluates, tests, debugs, and documents as required.

  • Delivers assigned tasks and/or specific tracks of the solution on time, escalating issues as appropriate.

  • Educating and leading other developers in the form of code reviews, workshops, and documentation.

  • Provides advanced-level documentation skills, supporting documentation and reports as required.

  • Assists with the estimation of development tasks.

  • Independently interfaces with client technical teams and business owners as needed during the design and implementation of DHA Forms Management Office initiatives.

  • Ensures software developed by team adheres to best practices and quality standards through code and design reviews.

  • May develop and implement a continuous integration environment for multiple stages in the development life-cycle centered around Adobe AEM.

  • Assists Project Manager with internal development methodologies and other duties as assigned.

  • Effectively manages individual time and tasks.

  • Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or a related discipline.

  • Minimum 7 years' relevant experience.

Position Summary: The Periop MMIS Administrator will manage the perioperative inventory system, including "point of use functions". The incumbent will provide daily operational services for the periop system, while working with administration to set and achieve strategic goals, and serve as the primary point person for the periop MMIS. He or she will also be responsible for pro-actively working with IT resources and clinical staff to ensure maximum up time and efficiency. Strong functional knowledge of Periop systems (and business functions), as well as MMIS and clinical systems such as Lawson and Epic is required. Candidates with experience managing perioperative inventory systems is preferred. Provides communication to staff, customers, and vendors. Monitors operational performance along with system improvements and data integrity. IND6 Requirements Required Experience: Minimum of 3 years experience in developing and supporting solutions relative to Supply Chain and/or Perioperative processes. Education: Bachelors in Supply Chain, IT, or business or clinical field required; or and additional 8 years of demonstrated commensurate work experience in Supply Chain and/or Periop/Clinical and/or IT or equivalent work experience. Master's Degree is preferred Training: Working knowledge of Inventory Management, Periop, ERP or MMIS systems such as Lawson, PeopleSoft, McKesson, SAP, etc. Knowledge of Epic and/or Tecsys systems a big plus.
