Main Line Health's Mirmont Treatment Center has provided inpatient and outpatient treatment for patients with drug and alcohol dependence since 1985. Mirmont Treatment Center is located on 33 acres in Lima, Delaware County, in a spacious facility that includes treatment areas for individual and group therapy, a fitness center, and 900-square-foot meditation hall.

Our nationally acclaimed Valor with Integrity Program for Emergency Responders (V.I.P.E.R.) provides addiction and trauma treatment for law enforcement/police, firefighters, EMTs and combat veterans. Admissions Supervisor, Behavioral Health

Provide 24/7 leadership and management to the access center staff. Directs and coordinates inpatient pre-admissions, admissions and pre-certifications.

Ensures accuracy, efficiency, and a high level of customer service is provided to patients, families and referral sources. Coordinates and collaborates with marketing staff to build and maintain relationships with key referral sources. Maintains state and federal regulations on confidentiality and protected health information. Ensures MLHS policies are implemented, followed and monitored.

Education: Bachelors degree in a healthcare related field required; BSN preferred.

Licensures/Certifications: Experience: 5 years of healthcare management experience.

Some advanced knowledge of medical terminology. Knowledge of 3rd party insurance plans and the managed care environment. Strong customer service background and solid computer skills required.

Experience working in a fast-paced healthcare setting dealing with high volumes and patients in various stages of crisis. Ability to collaborate with clinicians and administrators is required.

Excellent communication, management and organizational skills required. Strong critical thinking and problem solving.

Behavioral Health Crisis Clinician, 1st and 2nd shift available The Behavioral Health Crisis Clinician is responsible for exemplary cross continuum behavioral health care coordination, inclusive of psychiatric assessments, referrals, interventions, psychosocial resources and discharge planning for behavioral health patients throughout Main Line Health's four acute care hospitals and emergency departments. This individual works with physicians and hospital staff, peers, community colleagues, and others to orchestrate care across the behavioral health care continuum, to identify opportunities to continually improve patient care and services, to improve population health, and to achieve collaborative practices that exemplify Main Line Health System's commitment to patient centered care and community engagement. Education: Masters degree in a mental health-related field, such as psychology, counseling or social work, from an accredited program. License (LCSW, LPC, LCP) within 1 year of employment or within 2 years for currently employed staff Required Licensure: � LCSW, Licensed Clinical Social Worker (preferred) � LPC, Licensed Professional Counselor � Licensed Psychologist Experience: at least 2 years of recent clinical behavioral health experience in a crisis intervention setting, physician's office, clinic, hospital, emergency services, or other equivalent experience.
