Job Description:

Eagleville Hospital is seeking a FT Admissions Search Coordinator for 2nd Shift. The Search Coordinator provides support for the hospital with regard to direct patient service including, but not limited, escorting patients, collecting and searching patient belongings and drop-offs for contraband, and monitoring patients. Although the essential responsibility will be to support patients in the admissions process, their role can take them to all areas of the hospital base as needed.

Qualifications:

High School Diploma or GED required

Some experience with geriatric or psychiatric patients; ability to communicate well to both patients and staff

Occasional heavy lifting to assist in moving or restraining patients (approx. 100-350lbs)

The hours for this position are Monday-Friday, 2:30 pm to 11:00 pm with responsibility for a weekend rotation.

Eagleville Hospital, located in Montgomery County, Pennsylvania, is a private non-profit organization dedicated to the treatment, education, and prevention of substance abuse, co-occurring disorders, and acute psychiatric disorders. The hospital serves as a regional resource for the treatment and prevention of alcohol and drug abuse, as well as a national resource for training and research for addiction and related conditions. The hospital also houses an older adult unit, which is short-term program for clients aged 55 years and older in need of a secure, therapeutic environment. The hospital also houses a 16-bed acute psychiatric unit.

Pay: From $19.00 per hour

Expected hours: 80 per week
