Initiates the admission process by educating and informing the patient/family of hospice and its services.#Provides nursing assessment, initial plan of care, and intervention(s)that optimize patient and family directed comfort and quality of life. # Qualifications Graduate of an approved school of nursing with a current NC RN license or compact state RN license. At least two years of experience in an acute care facility or home care agency. Must possess a valid NC driver#s license. National Certification (CHPN) recommended after completion of at least two years of full time experience as an RN in a hospice nursing practice.

Admissions RN

Qualifications

• Graduate of an approved school of nursing with a current NC RN license or compact state RN license.
