Responsibilities

Your Role and Responsibilities:

• Provide accurate information to prospective students and determine their eligibility based on our admissions criteria.• Maintain a professional and respectful demeanor in all interactions with clients, students, and colleagues.• Conduct interviews with prospective students, following our established procedures.• Stay current with career knowledge to effectively market our programs.• Attend and actively participate in admissions meetings.• Engage in effective phone work to schedule appointments and follow up with prospective and enrolled students.• Report enrollment cancellations promptly.• Adhere to all federal, state, and municipal laws and school policies, ensuring ethical practices and nondiscrimination.• Never misrepresent our institution, programs, or services, and provide transparent information to prospective students.• Comply with federal financial aid policies related to admissions activities.• Follow all school policies and procedures, including those related to admissions.• Accurately prepare, complete, and submit required admissions documents and records.• Provide applicants with a complete catalog before signing an enrollment agreement.• Continually meet or exceed the admissions criteria set by the Director of Admissions.• Respect the confidentiality of school materials.• Perform additional duties as directed by the Director of Admissions.

Qualifications

Your Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent (GED) is required

• Sales experience is required, preferably in a proprietary educational setting.
