Outbound phone calls
Inbound phone calls
Zoom meetings
Hosting online webinars
High ROI events
Will generate the leads in their area
Identify effective ways to continue to identify and go after prospects in your assigned area.
Territory: Internationals Direct, Professional Studies, FAFSA Unapplied
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Has worked in higher education recruiting for a minimum of 4 years.
Is a high performing sales person or successful recruiter.
Has converted over 1k matriculated students
Is an extremely strong & effective project manager.
Strong implementer & action and goals-oriented.
Expert at using higher education CRMs. We use Radius by Campus Management for prospect and applicant data and Colleague for student data.

Experience should be in admissions, recruiting or sales. Language Skills: Superior command of English grammar and spelling, excellent verbal and written communication, exceptional presentation and public speaking ability.Mathematical and Technology Skills: Ability to analyze financial documents statistical data using mathematical formulas and tools, working knowledge and application of Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint. Ability to learn new software packages.
