GENERAL PURPOSE AND SCOPE OF THE POSITION:

The Admissions Processor provides functional assistance for students through the admissions process. This position is the key point of contact for prospective students.

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:

Manage a monthly pipeline averaging 100 each week.

The Admission Processor is an important point of contact for prospective students (opportunities/leads), playing a vital role in managing and facilitating the admission processes through the online inbox and over the phone.

This role involves handling student records within the admission system, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and proper data upkeep.

The Admission Processor is responsible for providing personalized assistance to prospective students, maintaining student information, managing inquiries, and guiding applicants through the admission process.

Oversee the processing of transcripts (high school) and verification of prior enrollments, ensuring that documentation is managed efficiently and accurately.

Communicate with the academic team to relay important information regarding student status changes and updates.

All responsibilities will be conducted within the parameters of the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA), other applicable regulatory requirements, and professional standards.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

A minimum high school or GED diploma required Experience in customer service and/or student relations.

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.

Working knowledge of technologies - MS Office, database/CRM software, and other Excellent oral and written communication skills.

Hourly Rate: $16.50
