The Admissions Nurse makes a difference by -

As a part of our team of professionals, the Admissions Nurse concentrates on making the admissions process smooth and comfortable. Additionally, the Admissions Nurse will -

• Manage the admissions process, to include the use of all mandatory admissions paperwork, timely and accurate completion of paperwork, courteous treatment of residents and family members, and implementation of quality/expectation setting guidelines where appropriate.

• Provide pertinent information about incoming residents to all relevant departments within the facility.

You might be a great fit if you have these things -

• 1+ years of experience in an Admissions position in healthcare environment

• Must have a current RN, LPN/LVN license (as required by state)

• Long term care or acute psychiatric experience required

• Reliable transportation required
