Responsibilities

Job Summary

The Admissions Manager leads a team of Admissions Navigators who provide a professional evaluation of AAC services to potential clients and/or family members. This includes taking sales calls, accepting inquiries from individuals referred to American Addiction Centers, explaining services and related costs, conducting telephonic intakes, processing payment and providing guidance on federal regulations.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Leads a team of Admissions Navigators

  • Coach, mentor, and provide feedback to team memebers

  • Develop strategy and actions to address inefficiencies and maximize opportunities through understand of the sales cycle from prospecting with a client to closing a deal

  • Provide clear direction to sales team with emphasis on improving systems, scripts, and development of team members with an emphasis to optimize important sales metrics such as conversion ratios, sales volume and ROI

  • Mange the day-to-day activities of their sales team

  • Set individual admission targets with your team of Admissions Navigators

  • Oversee the activities and performance of your team of Admissions Navigators

  • Assess individual performance through observation and measurement

  • Assist in recruiting, training and developing top level talent in the Call Center

  • Responsible and accountable for managing direct reports

  • Preparation and presentation of performance evaluations

  • Provides objective feedback to employees

  • Develop your team through motivation, counseling, and product knowledge education

  • Holds interviews for vacant positions and appropriately selects candidates to fill open positions

  • Monitors adherence to company and department policies, procedures and practices

  • Creates and supports a positive, professional, team-oriented, harassment free work environment by understanding and complying with the company's policies

Qualifications

Education/ Experience:

  • Bachelor's Degree in related field preferred.

  • Fours years experience working in call center environment, inbound and outbound calls preferred.

  • Two or more years of proven experience in an operations management role

  • Strong product knowledge and proper presentation of product to clients.

  • Ability to read and interpret written information; write clearly and informatively; edits work for spelling and grammar.

  • Ability to speak clearly and persuasively in positive or negative situations; listens and gets clarification; responds well to questions; demonstrates group presentation skills in meetings.

  • Excellent computer-based and telephonic skills.

  • Exceptional and demonstrable customer service skills.

  • Ability to strategize, persuade and negotiate.

  • Strong goal setting skills and goal achievement history.

  • Ability to multi-task and successfully prioritize workload.

  • Excellent problem solving and decision-making skills.

  • Willingness and ability to work in a fast-paced working environment over an extended period of time.

  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.

  • Moderate noise levels as found in a business office with computer printers

Our purpose and passion are to empower patients, their families, and our communities by helping individuals achieve recovery and optimal wellness of the mind, body, and spirit.</p><p>Responsibilities</p><p>Job Summary</p><p>The Client Support Specialist (Admissions Call Center) provides support to AAC clients, the Admissions Teams, Facility Teams and other departments as needed to ensure client experience is representative of the AAC brand.</p><p>Duties and Responsibilities:</p><ul><li><p>Efficiently answer, initiate and handle various customer service/client support inquiries that are funneled to AAC methods including but not limited to: inbound calls and emails</p></li><li><p>Deliver the highest quality, customer service standards of care and productivity for internal and external clients and facility staff</p></li><li><p>Communicate with Navigators, Managers, and other departments regarding client inquiries, concerns and outstanding information needed.</p></li><li><p>Collect payments over the phone from clients, client's family, or others providing support to clients.</p></li><li><p>Use Salesforce (CMS) to update client accounts.</p></li><li><p>Must provide excellent customer service while communicating over the phone with client, client's family, or others providing support to clients.</p></li><li><p>Relieve management of administrative tasks as needed.</p></li><li><p>Responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of patient and sales records.</p></li><li><p>Ability to work in a team environment.</p></li><li><p>Partner with multiple departments to ensure overall achievement in the mission of AAC including but not limited to: Management, Billing, Insurance, Outside Business Development, and Facility staff</p></li><li><p>Attend and participate in team meetings and ongoing training &amp; development opportunities</p></li><li><p>Adhere to American Addiction Centers admission guidelines, federal regulations, and company policies and procedures</p></li><li><p>Other Job Duties - As Assigned</p></li></ul><p>Qualifications</p><p>Education/Experience:</p><ul><li><p>High School Diploma, required.</p></li><li><p>Bachelor's Degree preferred but not required or must have 2 years of relevant experience</p></li><li><p>1 year experience within a customer service oriented environment</p></li><li><p>Computer proficiency: strong keyboarding skills and the ability to multi-task (type and talk) is required</p></li><li><p>Strong healthcare/behavioral health (i.e. psychology, nursing, social work, etc.) knowledge and skills preferred</p></li><li><p>Utilizes excellent computer skills, especially Microsoft Office, SalesForce and other technology and software as assigned.</p></li><li><p>Maintains a high level of reliability, dedication and initiative.</p></li><li><p>Follows all policies and procedures as outlined by the company and/or governmental regulations and according to HIPPA regulations.</p></li><li><p>Maintains a working knowledge of our services, rules and policies, and works to ensure the compliance with the stated parameters.</p></li></ul><p>Physical Requirements</p><p>AAC is committed to principles of equal opportunities for all employees.
