Director of Admissions:

Provides leadership in Admissions to ensure a safe and high quality level of care for psychiatric/chemical dependency patients. Responsible for nursing care, medical screening, and triage for all psychiatric/chemical dependency patients presenting for assessment and evaluation. Responsible for coordinating the admission process for inpatient, partial and intensive outpatient programs and to facilitate referrals for outpatient treatment services and other community resources.

Job Requirements

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to demonstrate competency in the criteria listed in this job description. The specifications listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill and ability to meet the minimum requirements for this position. Staff must demonstrate knowledge and skill in provision of services to varied population of patients in an inpatient and partial hospital setting.

Education: Master's Degree required in a behavioral health field.

Experience: A minimum of three (3) years direct clinical experience in a psychiatric or mental health setting desirable. Two (2) years of supervisory experience required.

Licensure/Certification: RN, LCSW, LMSW, LPC, or applicable license. CPR certification required.

Skills:
Prefer knowledge of crisis intervention and risk assessment, psychiatric diagnoses, basic chemical dependency, age specific growth and development and crisis and behavior management.

Additional Requirements:
May be required to work extended hour to include weekends.

POSITION SUMMARY View is seeking an experienced Director of Facilities for its first high-volume, advanced manufacturing facility in Olive Branch, MS. You will lead a small team of Facility Managers and Technicians and will be responsible for all facility operations management, planning, and development, including the oversight for all construction projects and initiatives. You will also lead and manage all outsourced services providers such as janitorial, landscaping, security and maintenance/contract activities necessary to maintain facility structural, electrical, plumbing and mechanical /HVAC systems in our plant and in our Shipping & Receiving Facility. You will work closely with our executive leadership team and the Finance organization to support planning and execution of the overall facilities footprint, as company continues to expand and grow. POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES * Works closely with factory equipment engineering and maintenance teams to ensure safety and efficiency of overall operations; Responsible for preventative maintenance systems/ processes * Evaluates capacity and provides service for factory infrastructure including HV power, cooling, process, and R/O water, bulk and specialty gases, and plant compressed air * Evaluates capacity of, provides service, and ensures compliance for all site/factory waste streams * Plans, coordinates and oversees execution of construction initiatives/ projects * Ensure compliance with all applicable federal, state and local safety & health regulations; Oversight and accountability for compliance with all internal and OSHA required safety procedures in the performance of daily activities * Develop and continuously improve programs that positively affect our employee's health, safety and security in our production operation workplace environment * Partners with functional business representatives to identify facilities related needs across all Olive Branch, MS business units and facilities, including business offices, and plans, develops and executes expense and capital budget forecasts * Manages relations with landlords of lease buildings * Work with local authorities with jurisdiction (AWJ) as required for city and county permitting to support manufacturing and research at all the facilities * Work with utility suppliers to ensure View is receiving best possible pricing and seek incentives for improvement projects * Office space planning and relocation * Evaluate, recommend, and implement cost effective amenities and healthy food service options at View facilities * Provides leadership and coaching for the Facilities Operations & Services team; Responsible for process improvement initiates, employee training and career path development * Develop and present Real Estate options to accommodate business strategies and present to executive team * Identifies, and coordinates security audits, and manages process/system improvements, and requirements definition processes.
