Essential Functions:
Collaborate with the admissions team to conduct high school recruitment visits and communicate admissions policies and procedures
Represent Kettering University at college fairs, high school visits, and other recruitment events
Schedule and coordinate travel activities for recruitment events
Meet with prospective students and families to provide information about Kettering University
Present information sessions to groups of prospective students and families
Respond to inquiries from prospective students and families via phone, mail, and email
Evaluate applications for admission and serve as a resource for students, parents, and counselors
Advocate on behalf of students seeking admission to the university
Assist in planning, preparing, and executing recruitment programs and special projects
Recruitment and Outreach (40%):
Recruit prospective undergraduate students to Kettering University.
Represent Kettering University at college fairs, high school visits, and other recruitment events.
Meet individually with prospective students and families.
Present information sessions to large and small groups.
Application Evaluation (40%):
Evaluate applications for admission.
Serve as a resource for students, parents, and counselors regarding admission policies and procedures.
Provide referrals for students needing additional support services.
