SUMMARY
This position is responsible for a full range of student recruitment activities including but not limited to: facilitation of the application process, campus visit events, evening and /or weekend recruitment travel, meetings with prospective student/families, involvement in professional associations, presentations to large groups, and tele-recruiting.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Recruit students for enrollment growth in an assigned territory
Meet with prospective students and families
Provide presentations to both large and small groups that accurately and authentically represent the institution
Read applications and evaluate candidates for admission through our cloud-based CRM
Provide support for on- or off-campus projects, including recruitment travel.
Communicate with prospective students through phone, email, internet-based messaging, and other sources
Participate in both onsite and offsite professional development
Assist with daily visits, large group visit events, and other campus events as needed
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
This job has no supervisory responsibilities.

Education and / or Experience -- Bachelor's degree (B.A.) from a four-year college or university.
Communication / Language -- Effective oral and written communication skills, excellent interpersonal skills. Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization.
Mathematical -- Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume. Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry.
Reasoning -- Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
