Description
Sunset Senior Communities is seeking a part-time Admissions Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining files and databases for admissions, generating and distributing paperwork, and preparing reports. Some essential functions include:
Maintains files and databases for Admissions.
Generates and distributes admission and discharge paperwork.
Prepares monthly Admission reports.
Assembles and mails our packets and other correspondence as required.
Greets people arriving for appointments, provides general information and tours as required.
Assists with move-in paperwork and orientation as necessary.
Answers telephone and gives out general information.
Assists in marketing projects and events.
Attends evening events as needed.

Wage: starts at $15.50 per hour *Experience considered
This opportunity is Part Time (25 hours per week) Monday through Friday 9:00 am to 2:00 pm. Can be flexible with the start and end times.

Requirements
Minimum of high school education. Strong computer skills required with ability to use technology as a way to enhance efficiency. Knowledge in Microsoft Office Suite products.
