White Deer Run MT Zion is looking for a FT Admissions Coordinator.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

Review prospective admissions against approved admission criteria, policies and procedures.

Initiate contact to gather required clinical and demographic data from patient and other sources.

Respond promptly to inquiry calls.

Schedule assessments.

Conduct pre-admission assessments.

Assist prospective patients and significant others in seeking treatment.

Refer inquiries to other agencies and community resources when not appropriate for facility assistance or admission.

Coordinate with referral sources.

Coordinate transportation arrangements for patients.

Responsible for maintaining all the documentation involved with the admissions process.

OTHER FUNCTIONS:

Perform other functions and tasks as assigned.

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE/SKILL REQUIREMENTS:

High school diploma or equivalent required with college degree preferred. One-year experience in healthcare admissions, preferably in the mental health or substance abuse field.

LICENSES/DESIGNATIONS/CERTIFICATIONS:

Certified Addictions Counselor (CAC); Certified Chemical Dependency Counselor (CCDC) or Certified Employee Assistance Program (CEAP) certification preferred.

CPR and de-escalation/restraint certification required (training available upon hire and offered by facility).

First aid may be required based on state or facility.

ENGEL Machinery North America has a job opportunity for a Technical Purchasing Coordinator to be based out of ENGELs North American Headquarters in York, Pennsylvania to support our Automation Department Purchasing. POSITION INFORMATION Job Summary: Identifies, plans, tracks, and purchases parts and equipment for automation products produced at Engel North America. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: * Work with project manager and vendors to coordinate the timing of deliveries with project schedules * Works together with the Engel US logistics department * Determines price and delivery information * Issue Purchase Orders (POs) * Work with the automation engineers and project manager to ensure ordered parts and equipment are correct and accurate * Verify Bills of Materials (BOMs) * Verify deliveries match order specifications * Coordinate with shipping and receiving department * Track deliveries and proactively communicate any delivery delays to the project manager * Labeling of received parts and equipment * Updates SAP system on a regular basis * Performs administrative duties * Works with accounting to ensure P.O.s and invoices match. * Attaches the necessary documents to P.O.s electronically. * Run confirmations and overdue reports as well as contacts vendors to solve delivery issues. * Provides input * Performs other duties or special projects as required or as assigned by a supervisor. QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS Educational/Training Requirement: * High school diploma or equivalent * Associates degree preferred Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: * Minimum 3 years relevant experience is required. * Proficient in SAP or other mainframe system, MS Word and Excel. * Good communication skills as this role on a daily basis with employees in own department and other departments as well as department managers on a weekly basis. Also works with suppliers, vendors and customers on a daily basis to resolve issues and negotiate contracts. * Negotiation skills are a plus. * Ability to adapt to changing priorities is important. * Ability to prioritize work and respond to emergencies/deadlines in a timely manner is also important. * Customer service orientation is a must.
