Berkeley College is currently seeking a Full-Time Admission Associate to work out of our Brooklyn location.

The responsibilities of an Admissions Associate include guiding and helping prospective students throughout the enrollment process. Additional responsibilities include recruiting and interviewing prospects, providing campus tours, community outreach and extensive work over the phone.

Other duties as assigned.

Must have previous sales and customer service experience along with the ability to work in high performance standard, driven and team oriented environment.

Must have extensive follow up skills and the ability to multitask and meet all deadlines.

Strong communication, follow-up, phone and computer skills are required along with the ability to work inside and outside during seasonal times.

Must be flexible to work at other locations if applicable.

All positions require Evening and Saturday hours at times.

Morgan CIB Technology Organizational Engagement team is responsible for designing and delivering content to engage CIB Technology's workforce. The Organizational Engagement team is part of a cross-functional team under Finance & Business Management that supports the CIB Chief Information Officer and CIB Senior Technology Leaders. Key functional areas of the team include: Financial Controls, Business Management, Strategy Development, Organizational Engagement, Portfolio Controls, Workforce Strategy and Vendor Management. The associate will help our technologists understand the CIB Technology strategy, how their role fits in, and what they need to be doing to maximize value to the business. The candidate will join our entrepreneurial team of engagement leads and designer. The role will be responsible for coordinating with internal partners to execute on our organization engagement strategy. Successful candidates should have at 4-6 years of experience in Organizational Engagement or Change Management in a large organization; preferably in Technology and/or Financial Services.
