OVERVIEW

Seeking a highly motivated individual who excels in a variety of administrative tasks. This position assists various programs throughout the agency in providing services to consumers/clients through excellent customer service and a high level of productivity.

Qualified Applicants must be team players who demonstrate a high level of customer service skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks. Evening hours are required. Experience in office administrative tasks required. Previous experience in a medical office setting performing scheduling, registration/admissions, and verification of insurance required.

QUALIFICATIONS

High school diploma or GED required. Must have 1-2 years of comparable work experience or an Associate's Degree in a related healthcare/administrative field.

Must have experience using Microsoft Office products, such as Word, Excel, and Outlook. Must have experience using scheduling and EHR software. Excellent customer relation skills as well as strong verbal, written, and interpersonal skills are preferred.
