The person in this position will lead the development and execution of a comprehensive marketing plan and materials that attract, engage, and convert prospective students. The ideal candidate has a deep understanding of the admissions funnel and is a versatile writer with experience creating various types of marketing content that supports prospective students, families, and other supporters in understanding the value of a Saint Michael's education and encourages them to engage in meaningful ways.
The person will collaborate with the marketing and admissions team to develop and execute content strategies that align with the Saint Michael's brand voice, clearly and compellingly conveying the values of a Saint Michael's education, and supporting defined conversion goals. They will write and edit compelling marketing content across multiple channels, including email, print, and website copy. In addition, they will work with campus subject matter experts to extract essential information and insights for creating accurate and impactful content. They will manage the marketing plan, ensuring that projects are completed thoroughly and on time.

Requirements:
Applicants must have the following:
Bachelor's degree required
3-5 years of experience in marketing/communications
Experience with Admissions related communications is preferred, with the ability to demonstrate an understanding of the ungraduated admissions funnel
Prior experience with the creation, implementation, and management of large-scale marketing campaigns preferred
