Quick and competent learner; highly motivated
High level of computer proficiency (Advanced level user for Excel, Outlook, and BlueBeam)
Onboarding Craft Employees
Cross train for payroll back-up
Collect and track subcontractor required safety documents
Process (index) safety/inspection documents, time cards
Handle Core Value Safety Buck Program
Schedule and monitor Crew Review schedule
Assist with document control as needed
Order, receive, stock and track safety inventory
Order & pick-up lunches for various staff meetings
