Under the direction of the SuccessFactors Recruiting Product Manager and Product Owner, the SuccessFactors System Administrator will oversee and manage our Recruiting and Onboarding suite, ensuring optimal performance and functionality. This role involves system administration, troubleshooting, and working closely with HR and IT to support business processes and objectives. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of SuccessFactors modules and be capable of leading system upgrades, configurations, and integrations.

What you'll do

  • Manage the overall maintenance, configuration, and reliable operation of SuccessFactors Recruiting and Onboarding suite.

  • Provide tier-2/3 support for SuccessFactors-related issues.

  • Create and maintain detailed documentation, including user guides and training materials.

  • Participate in the planning, design, and implementation of new SuccessFactors functionality and enhancements.

  • Work with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into system requirements.

  • Collaborates with other system administrators to ensure consistency, share best practices, improve processes, and develop system knowledge.

  • Leads process improvement efforts, primarily in the areas of workflow, system enhancements and utilization.

  • Develops and writes quality assurance tests and participate in their execution.

  • Manages release updates and work with leadership to determine enablement plan.

  • Manage system changes, including configuration and custom development.

  • Ensure data consistency and accuracy across integrated systems.

  • Partner with HR, IT, and other business units to ensure system alignment with organizational goals.

  • Communicate system changes and updates to relevant stakeholders.

All you'll need for success

Minimum Qualifications

  • Education & Prior Job Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in relevant field or equivalent experience/training

  • Minimum of 3 years' experience with technical design and configuration of SAP cloud platform

  • SuccessFactors
  • Active SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting and Onboarding accreditation or certification, and preferably, one or more other SuccessFactors modules (Compensation, Succession, Reporting, Employee Central, Performance and Goals) with large-scale system implementation and support experience

  • Proven experience in system administration, configuration, and support

  • Hands-on experience with standard and custom MDFs, foundation objects, associations and business rules required

  • Knowledge of XML

  • Previous experience in the Agile Methodology

  • Advanced knowledge and experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Preferred Qualifications

  • Advanced administrator skills in SuccessFactors Employee Central

  • Proven implementation experience in Onboarding 2.0

  • Proven experience with any of the following modules: Performance, Goals, Compensation, Employee Central, Succession/Performance and Reporting
