Administrator/Dd Day Program Manager

Job Summary:

As the Administrator/DD Day Program Manager at CLW, you will be responsible for the overall daily operations of the facility in New Paris, OH, catering to adults with developmental disabilities. This full-time role involves managing the building, vehicles, staff, and ensuring high-quality care for clients. The position offers a day shift schedule without weekends or on-call responsibilities.

Qualifications:

The successful candidate must possess a Bachelor's degree, preferably in Health/Human Services or a related field from an accredited institution. They should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in developmental disabilities, healthcare, social services, or day habilitation services. Previous experience in building management, overseeing vehicle maintenance, leading staff, and providing exceptional client care is advantageous.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the management of the facility, including building upkeep and safety measures

• Manage vehicle maintenance and transportation logistics for client services

• Lead and mentor staff members to ensure a positive work environment and quality care for clients

• Develop and implement programs to enhance client outcomes and quality of life

• Collaborate with external stakeholders to optimize resources and support client needs
