Responsibilities

Our thriving Huxley Family Medicine Clinic is seeking a highly organized and experienced Clinic Administrator to oversee daily operations and ensure exceptional patient care. This role requires strong leadership skills, business acumen, and a commitment to fostering a positive work environment for staff and providers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or related field (Master's degree preferred).

• Prior experience in healthcare administration or clinic management, preferably in a family medicine setting.

• Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations, compliance standards, and billing practices.

• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

• Proficiency in electronic health records (EHR) systems and healthcare software.

• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and problem-solve in a fast-paced environment.

• Proven track record of team building, staff development, and performance improvement.

• Experience in budget management and financial analysis.
