Description: We have immediate openings for an Administrator dedicated to making a meaningful difference for our clients. Full-time schedule Monday

  • Friday 7am to 3pm Hear are a few job duties to expect as a Administrator:Responsible for all aspects of the day-to-day operations of the facility.Must be on duty 40 hours per week and must be available by telephone after hours and on weekends.On

  • CallResponsible for interviewing, hiring and training of all staff members

Be familiar with The Wood Group's policy and procedures to include employee handbook.Complete monthly administrative training as well as monthly training for staff members.Responsible for assuring that all state standards and facility procedures are implemented, followed and updated as required.Have ability to multitask and be able to provide exceptional customer service in a busy working environment.Good time management, organization, attention to detail, and computer proficiency are integral.Ability to respond with individuals and staff with patience, empathy, and understanding. Responsible for assuring all residents are treated with dignity and respect.Scheduling staff shifts and contacting HR with any staffing concerns.Working hand in hand with the Behavioral Health Authority on all issues and concerns of the residents.Immediately report all abuse, neglect or exploitation and medication errors to The Wood Group's Client Rights Officer.Performs related work as assigned by Corporate Officers.What Our Company Offers:HealthcareRetirement (matching)Vacation/PTOPaid Training The Wood Group staff is trained to provide caring and compassionate services to the clients involved in our programs.
