Atlantic Bingo Supply is a leader in the multibillion-dollar charitable gaming industry. We distribute a wide array of products including consumables (pull tab tickets, bingo paper, ink, etc.) as well as state of the art electronic gaming products. Our products are sold, installed, and operated in numerous social and charitable gaming venues.
Primary Roles & Responsibilities
Build, install and maintain company Personal Computers.
Work with individuals at all levels to solve their computing problems.
Train company personnel in the use of PC hardware and software.
Install software updates and patches.
Manage a fleet of remote sales devices. Build, troubleshoot.
Monitor day-to-day issues and correct problems.
Document current systems and infrastructure.
Other assignments as required.
Requirements
Requirements, Experience & Education
Degree/certifications in computer related field is desired.
2 years of professional PC repair/setup, software development and/or system administration experience is required.
Prepare solutions for technical issues.
Travel as needed to regional facilities. Some overnight stays may be required.
Current Help Desk training or work experience.
Experience using Linux (CentOS) a plus.
Experience with virtualization (VMware) a plus.
Demonstratable skills in
o PC build and setup.
o Windows Domain Administration
o Computer networking: cabling, firewalls, dhcp, etc.
o Computer programming: PHP, Javascript, etc.
o Database experience (user + administration): SQL Server, MySQL
