Provides general administrative support including scheduling meetings, creating and updating monthly calendars, processing expense reports and developing training manuals.Communicates with internal and external groups via phone and email
Coordinates all new shipper set ups by distributing applications and setting up accounts and log in credentials for approved shippers in internal Kinder Morgan systems.Distributes and tracks carrier access agreements to trucks haulers, contracts and commercial departments for approval
Maintains a record of valid carrier certificate of insurance forms and requests replacements
Compile and update excel volume tracking reports for multiple departments and agencies
Backup schedulers as needed by completing daily schedule, communicating with the control center, connecting carriers and fields operations
Other related duties as assigned.
High School diploma or equivalent required, College degree is a plusA minimum of 3 years experience in an administrative or clerical support role preferably in a product movement or logistic environment
Extensive computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook are required.Strong interpersonal, communication and organizational skills are essential, as this position interacts with operations employees as well as external customers.Demonstrates strong attention to details.Demonstrates flexibility and is adaptable to change.Self-motivated and able to prioritize and multitask (with minimum supervision) in a fast-paced environment.Ability to work in a team environment
