Is Currently Seeking to Add an Administrative Coordinator to Their Team at a New Luxury Eyewear Wellness Center in Lakeworth, FL. Their focus is Delivering Exceptional Service with Professionalism and Attentiveness, Ensuring an Unmatched Experience for all Patrons.

The Position:

As the Administrative Coordinator of our new Wellness Center, Your Role Will be to Curate an Exceptional Experience, Embodying Value Creation, and Ensuring Service Excellence at Every Level

Requirements:

• Schedule Meetings and Appointments
• Manage Phone Inquiries and Correspondence
• Maintain Both Digital and Physical Records
• Prepare Meeting Agendas and Take Detailed Notes
• Assist in Report and Presentation Preparation
• Support Budgeting Processes
• Bilingual is a Plus not a Requirement

Responsibilities:

• Monday – Wednesday 8:00 am – 5:00 pm
• Thursday 10:00 am- 7:00 pm
• Friday 8:00 am- 3:00 pm
• No Weekends
• Exceptional Customer Service Aptitude
• Proficient Problem-Solving Abilities
• Skilled in Phone Etiquette and Communication
• Efficient in Scheduling and Calendar Management Within a Business Office Environment
