Administrator - Inside Sales Support

Job Description Job Description Position Description Are you passionate about supporting a dynamic sales team and contributing to a growing industrial brand? We are currently seeking a dedicated Inside Sales Support Specialist to join our team.

This in-office role is essential for providing critical support to our sales and marketing efforts, ensuring our team operates efficiently and effectively. This position focuses on computer-based tasks and does not involve cold calling. Key Responsibilities:

Manage and maintain the HubSpot CRM database, ensuring data quality and integrity. Execute marketing programs, including re-targeting and marketing automation. Create and distribute various sales reports for management.

Contact existing customers to promote part sales. Produce quotes and coordinate replacement parts orders directly with customers via phone or email. Interact with customers and Outside Sales team members to provide seamless support.

Assist in the creation and execution of sales campaigns and outbound marketing efforts. Perform market research to support sales campaigns. Respond to phone calls and emails from customers and field sales representatives to identify and fulfill customer requirements.

Coordinate activities to support existing customers and facilitate new sales. Provide ongoing support to the sales team as needed. What You Need to Succeed:

Superior written communication skills. Effective and professional interpersonal relationship skills with a team player orientation. Advanced computer and technology experience, including demonstrated expertise in Microsoft Word, Excel, and CRM software.

Above-average math skills, including the ability to analyze market data and metrics. Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a busy work environment. A passionate mindset about contributing to a growing business.

Perseverance to complete challenging tasks. A strong customer service focus. Education and Experience Desired:

An Associate or Bachelor’s Degree, or a combination of professional Inside Sales experience, training, education, and related experience. Three to five years of experience in a professional role in Inside Sales or Customer Service, preferably in a manufacturing or distribution environment.
