Proficiency in analytic reasoning and strategic planning to formulate budgets and administrative policies and processes.

Working knowledge of related technological resources/software to include enterprise systems and the MS Office suite.

Ability to counsel superiors regarding required alternative courses of action.

VIEW JOBS 4/1/2020 6:01:50 PM 2020-06-30T18:01 <p>Our client - a $2 billion community bank with a national mortgage lending platform is seeking a candidate to replace their retiring encompass administrator. The bank operates three operations centers along with several mortgage LPO's and bank branch based originators. They have both consumer direct and indirect lending channels and work on loans across the country. The emphasis is on VA lending, but they have a healthy blend of FHA, CONV and jumbo lending as well. <br /> <br /> The focus of this persons role will be to maintain and improve upon the user experience across the mortgage group. This includes originators, processing, underwriting, closing, management and everyone in between. Primarily, the focus is in Encompass and thus a minimum of three years as an Encompass administrator is required. Familiarity with elements of systems design, coding, testing, and deployment is needed, as is administrative functions such as user permissions, security etc. <br />  </p> <ul> <li>At least three years as an Encompass admin or super user / subject matter expert for your organization</li> <li>Project management background</li> <li>Knowledge of residential lending practices and workflows</li> <li>Background in some form of technology or similar - Programming is not a key component</li> </ul> This client offers a competitive compensation plan, strong benefits package and casual work environment.
