Purpose of the Role: The Regional Administrator is responsible for providing administrative and marketing support to an assigned region.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Type and/or edit regional correspondences including regional newsletter, answer telephone/email inquiries from region and customers, compile monthly reports, make travel arrangements, track regional vacation/occasional absences, manage all aspect of regional office, coordinate regional/manager meetings, run reports from Sales Force.com and prepare/audit T&E reports.

  • Provide solutions to regional problems.

  • Complete all on-boarding and off boarding items as noted on New Hire/Termination Checklist. Responsible for asset collection and return to the appropriate IT contact. Partner with Indirect Procurement on company vehicle reassignment.

  • Partner with Campaign Marketing Director on regional mailings, events and other tasks as assigned.

  • Maintain strong, ongoing channels of communication with sales force and with other internal departments.

  • Responsible for being the single point of contact and organizing internal meetings in the Boston office, monthly or a couple times of the month.

Requirements:

  • Technical certification or Associates degree may be required in some areas

  • 3-5 years of experience in administrative area of responsibility

  • Proficient in MS Office

  • Demonstrates time management skills

  • Possesses good communication skills

Physical Requirements:

  • Might be in a stationary position for a considerable time(sitting and/or standing).

  • The person in this position needs to move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, etc.

  • Constantly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a calculator, copy machine, and computer printer.

  • Must be able to collaborate with colleagues via face to face, conference calls, and online meetings.
